Working exclusively in family law since 2004, Lindsey has extensive experience in divorce and the financial aspects of relationship breakdown relating to both married and unmarried couples.
Lindsey is the second new appointment to the Financial Remedies team headed by Managing Partner, Richard Peaker, since February this year.
The Department specialises in high net worth cases up to £250m, frequently managing matters involving tens of millions of pounds and the team is regularly instructed in multi- jurisdictional proceedings and cases involving complex corporate and (often offshore) trust structures.
