Specialising in high-net-worth cases, our team is regularly instructed in multi- jurisdictional proceedings and cases involving complex corporate and often off-shore trust structures.

Partner Kate Banerjee, consistently praised as a ‘leading child law expert’ heads our regionally, nationally and internationally renowned Children Team.

At the forefront of advising clients on international child abduction, the Department deals with issues including adoption, child arrangements, care proceedings, internal and external relocation and Court of Protection work.
