Solicitor, Leeds 

As we continue to expand, we are recruiting a family lawyer with 1-2 years PQE for family law casework with a particular emphasis on financial remedies. The position will be based at our Leeds city centre office at 8 St Paul’s Street, Leeds LS21 2LE

Our Financial Remedies Department is headed by director Richard Peaker who is described as ‘phenomenal’ by Chambers. Specialising in high-net-worth cases, our team is regularly instructed in multi-jurisdictional proceedings and cases involving complex corporate and often off-shore trust structures. At the forefront of advising clients on international child abduction, our Children Department deals with issues including adoption, child arrangements, care proceedings, internal and external relocation and Court of Protection work.
