Jones Myers in finals of prestigious nationwide awards
Jones Myers has been selected as a finalist in two categories of the prestigious nationwide Modern Law Private Client Awards 2025.
Our niche family law is shortlisted in the Private Client Team and Outstanding Client Care categories – the latter which we won in the Modern Law Private Client 2024 awards.
In the Private Client accolade, judges examined how we operate efficiently, demonstrate genuine and outstanding client care, innovate in challenging situations, and collaborate and utilise team skills. They also assessed how Jones Myers positively contributes to our sector and develops future generations.
In the Outstanding Client Care category for family law firms with over 26 employees, we highlighted how client care lies at the heart of our practice, how we innovate to improve and maintain client care, embrace digital technologies, and meet customer expectations.

The awards news coincides with a raft of new appointments which further enhance our firm’s reputation as a leader in our field.
They include our new Partner Sarah Barr-Young, a named Legal 500 ‘Key’ Lawyer and Chambers ‘Notable Practitioner’, who heads our Financial Remedies Department in Harrogate.
Sarah is highly experienced in areas including complex, high net worth financial disputes, property portfolios, pensions on divorce and resolving disputes out of court through negotiation.
